Alhamdulillah, selesai juga interview session untuk biasiswa Yayasan Peneraju Tunas Potensi.
I know uols not familiar about this scholarship right..? because this scholarship still NEW under government launched in 2011


InsyaAllah, SI akan cerita sedikit sebanyak pengalaman dan makluman tentang YPPB Scholarships ini.

Peneraju Tunas Potensi

• Biasiswa ini terbuka kepada semua Bumiputera Malaysia yang mempunyai prestasi yang memberangsangkan serta berminat untuk melanjutkan pengajian mereka ke peringkat yang lebih tinggi di dalam atau di luar negara. 
• Biasiswa penuh ditawarkan termasuk yuran penuh akademik, elaun sara hidup (RM550/month),tempat tinggal, elaun buku dan sokongan pembangunan insaniah (NDP).
• Diberikan program khas Nurture and Development Programmes (NDP once a year till graduated)-Softskills Training @ Sunway University
• Pendapatan isi rumah keluarga (RM4K ke bawah)
• Terbuka kepada pelajar lepasan SPM/STPM sahaja.
• Lepasan SPM sekurang-kurangnya mendapat 5A dan bagi STPM Pointer CGPA 3.0 dan ke atas

Actually,SI tahu biasiswa ini pun dari website afterschool.my. Main cuba-cuba nasib jer. Mula-mula ingat scholarship ini nak pelajar yang dapat straight A's jer tapi SI silap sebab requirement dia at least
>5A in SPM. SI apa lagi ambil jela kesempatan dan peluang yang ada kat depan mata ini, result SPM pun xder la bagus sangat.hehehe

 After a month ago, I completed the form and application for YPPB scholars. Alhamdulillah, I got an email to pursue to a next stage. That is "ONLINE EXAMINATION". All question are Problem Solving that need u to use your brain wisely & critical thinking. #nervous #timerOhTimer.


Interview Session
It held on Mercu UEM. Yayasan Peneraju Office.
Alhamdulillah, the interview location near from my origin because i'm still study @CFS IIUM Petaling Jaya that day.

In interview session, I got many new friends around Malaysia that is excellent students. But, not me okay. (try to be humble) :P

First, Interview Session divided by several group. Only EXTRAordinary candidates will be pass in this first session which is Group session. Students should show their good personality in front of many people. Something like brave, creative,  idealistic, cooperate with all candidate, and others +ve behaviour. Your voice should be louder and clear when you give your idea. This is important to judges to evaluate your strength and credibility.
Extra : After this session, all candidates should sit for writing test and IQ test. Simple jer.hehe. #JanganRisau
 

During Elimination.

 Second session is Individual interview in front of panel from Peneraju (one-to-one).  You need to show your own personality (don't lie okay).haha. Honesty is the highest criteria that is important in this session. Depend on interviewer, sometimes they will ask/communicate you in English or Malay.
Common Question:
They will ask are Why you choose Peneraju Scholarship? What your strength and weakness? Your Family background? Where are you after 10 years? Your ambition? Why choose this course of study? What you can give to community after you graduated? Who your role model and why? and so on.


Tips for this interview :

1. Banyak cakap dan jelas apabila berbicara tentang sesuatu isu yang diberikan
2. Memberikan pendapat/cadangan yang bermakna dan bermotif(bkn men terjah jer cakap)
3. Teamwork
4. Tak Malu =Tidak menjadi Kera Sumbang
5. Jujur berbicara dengan panel
6. Ikhlas dan reda dengan rezeki Allah SWT.
7. Jangan terkejut pulak nanti dah keluar keputusan anda dapat atau tak. ANDA akan dihantar ke Universiti Swasta/ overseas -to train their students to more challenging in the race of life.
8. Jangan OVERCONFIDENT.
